This page explains what information we receive through this website and how we use it.
Who we are
We are responsible for the information collected through this website. Questions can be sent to dan@lineupdigital.co.uk.
What we collect
The contact form and project planner can collect your name, email, phone number, business name and the project details you choose to share. This is used to review your enquiry and reply to you.
If you accept analytics, PostHog can collect page views, interactions, approximate device and location information, referral details, session recordings and heatmap data. Form inputs are masked in recordings.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, discuss a possible project and provide services you ask for. This is usually necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or for our legitimate interests in running the business.
Optional PostHog analytics is based on your consent. It helps us improve the website and understand which pages and journeys are useful. You can change your choice at any time on the cookies page.
Who we share it with
Enquiry information is sent through the website's email provider, Resend, so we can respond. Consented analytics information is processed by PostHog. Hosting and other technical providers may also process limited information needed to operate the website.
Some providers may process information outside the UK using appropriate legal safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, work with you, maintain business records or meet a legal duty. Analytics information is kept according to the settings in our PostHog account. We use reasonable steps to keep information secure.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, request a correction, object to certain uses, or ask for it to be deleted where the law allows. You can also withdraw analytics consent at any time. Email dan@lineupdigital.co.uk to make a request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
