Communication was excellent & Dan was very responsive & helpful to my questions. We were given a time frame for how long various aspects of the design would take and we received regular updates. Dan advised us to get a printer & small tablet as he was aware we lacked space. He was able to source the most cost effective, reliable equipment within our budget & it works just as we hoped for.
